はじめに
評価版のWindows Serverを購入したプロダクトキーで正規版に変換するための手順です。
通常はライセンスセンター（Microsoft365管理センター）からISOファイルをダウンロードします。
評価版ISOファイルのダウンロード・インストール
下記から必要なバージョンをダウンロードしてインストールします。

確認
評価版がどの製品版に移行できるか確認します。
管理者権限のPowerShellで実行します。
Dism /Online /Get-TargetEditions
変換
プロダクトキー（GVLK）で、KMSクライアントに変換します。
今回は、「Windows Server 2012 R2」の評価版をインストールしました。
「旧バージョンの Windows Server」の項目にある「Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard」のKMSクライアントプロダクトキーを使います。
管理者権限のPowerShellで実行します。

正規版に変換
正規のプロダクトキーを指定します。
管理者権限のPowerShellで実行します。
「xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx」は、正規のプロダクトキーに読み替えてください。
Dism /Online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx /AcceptEula
OSを再起動して確認します。
